Make every brushstroke count!
Each class will begin with a demo of basic watercolor techniques followed by exercises to help understand and incorporate the skill. The class will be primarily painting from life, including still lifes and models and also image reference materials. There will be a review at the end of each session so that students can analyze their work and learn from others.
Learn watercolor competency by painting quickly, utilizing a variety of brush strokes, how to represent values and well-balanced colors. As skill sets increase, the student will be able to complete watercolor paintings in their own personal style.
