This is a course ideal for beginner-intermediate students who want to learn or improve their portrait skills.
Students will learn through a step-by-step process of how to draw a portrait in all its different positions. The instructor will explain the concepts of symmetry, proportions, comparison, and the relationship between these general similarities in all the faces. Will help them to build a system to represent a portrait correctly through several exercises and sketches.
The instructor will provide several images as visual references to facilitate the learning process.
Students will be guided by having a constant evaluation while they are drawing. They will have individual instruction according to how they develop through the proposed exercises, discussing all the techniques learned, what they did correctly, and what things need to be modified until the portrait is complete.
