Lucas Schrier
Executive Operations Manager
Lucas Schrier is the Executive Operations Manager at Oolite Arts, supporting CEO initiatives and board operations. He joined Oolite Arts in August 2025 as Programs Assistant, supporting the programming team across residency, exhibition and educational initiatives before moving into his current role. Lucas holds a degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a student staffer at the Kelly Writers House and a violinist and student board member for the Penn Symphony Orchestra. His prior experience includes an editorial internship with Jacket2, a poetry and poetics journal, and legal assistant work for Carlos F. Martin, a Miami-based community association attorney.
