Andre “Junior” Charles is a facilities and engineering professional with more than 20 years of experience in building operations and maintenance. He has held engineering leadership roles in hospitality and mechanical services across South Florida, including serving as chief engineer at a Hilton property in Miami.
He joined Oolite Arts in March 2026 as Facilities Manager, where he supports the organization’s facilities and operations, helping maintain a safe and efficient environment for artists, staff and visitors.
