Join us for an intensive Oolite Arts Skills Master Class at Miami Film Festival with Joseph Hackman, the first ever recipient of the Miami Film Festival’s Best Trailer Award for his work on the trailer for Knife+Heart (dir. Yann González). Hackman will offer incredible insight into the art of creating a powerful trailer that will best position your film for finding as wide an audience as possible in this 90-minute event.

About the Instructor
Hackman has been working in the world of movie trailers since 2013, first as an Assistant Editor and then as both a music supervisor and editor for InSync PLUS. He’s created trailers for films distributed by Sony Pictures Classics, Studio Ghibli and The Orchard, among others.
