Information
In this four-week course, students of all levels will learn and practice the fundamental art and watercolor techniques and principles. The instructor will do demonstrations and provide exercises to reinforce the ideas discussed.
Beginners will practice basic skills, become familiar with materials, and complete simple paintings.
Intermediate students will move beyond the basics and start to more sophisticated concepts, including composition, design, and subject matter.
Advanced students will work on exploring and experimenting with their own personal themes, style, and vision.
The instructor will work hands on with each individual student at their particular level. When different levels of students work and paint together, they are exposed to many different ideas and learn from each other. Part of the process involves sharing the student’s work and learning how to critique it constructively.
No experience necessary!
