Lucas Schrier

Lucas Schrier is the Education Program Manager at Oolite Arts, where he oversees the Teen Residency, school partnerships, and Oolite Arts On the Move programs. Lucas brings a foundation in arts education through instructional work at Howard Drive Elementary’s after-school arts program, as well as teaching and program coordination for the University of Miami Frost School of Music’s youth summer program.

Lucas joined Oolite Arts in August 2025 as Interim Programs Assistant, supporting the organization’s residency, exhibition, and education initiatives. He later served as Executive Operations Manager, where he supported executive leadership and board operations before transitioning to his current role.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in English, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as an editorial assistant at the Kelly Writers House, performed as a violinist with the Penn Symphony Orchestra, and was a member of the Penn Chamber Music Society.
