K–12 School Partnerships
Oolite Arts’ School Partnerships Program delivers artist-led education directly into classrooms, prioritizing schools in Little Haiti and Little River where access to arts programming may be limited. Through hands-on, age-appropriate experiences led by professional working artists, the program supports creativity, confidence, and self- expression while fostering sustained engagement with the arts.
All programming is fully funded by Oolite Arts, ensuring schools are supported without financial burden. Teaching artists work with students through monthly and bi-monthly visits across the school year, allowing for continuity, mentorship, and meaningful relationships that deepen learning over time.
Program access:
- Field trips to Oolite Arts are open to any interested school
- On-site school visits are currently offered to schools in Little Haiti and Little River
The program currently serves over 600 students annually through partnerships with St. Mary’s Cathedral School, Miami Edison Senior High School, and Toussaint Louverture Elementary School.
