Join Artist Carol Jazzar for this three-hour workshop at Oolite Satellite in Little River!
Collage is a technique of creation that results from an assemblage of different images to create a new image. In this workshop, participants will be invited to create collages as a way to explore their inner selves – perhaps giving forms to their night dreams.
it will be a creative journey of self-discovery through their own creative process. We will be focused on the original technique of papier collé by using only paper to make your own masterpiece.
There will be a review at the end of the session to learn about each other’s final work, constructive critique may be shared.
All materials are included. No previous experience is necessary.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Carol Jazzar is an interdisciplinary artist, who lives and works in El Portal, and whose practice of collage has been a mean of inner exploration and self-development. This practice has been a creative path allowing her to practice self-analysis and to experience personal and artistic growth.
