Javier Napoles

Javier Napoles is a finance and accounting professional with extensive experience supporting nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Keiser University.

Javier brings a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit support. Prior to joining Oolite Arts, he held accounting roles across charter schools, investment firms, and national nonprofits, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and strengthening internal financial systems. Javier is currently working on his MBA in Finance and CPA certification.

He joined Oolite Arts in January 2026, supporting the organization’s financial operations and long-term sustainability.
