The Fabric of Family: Mark Fleuridor

Oolite Resident Mark Fleuridor is a Haitian American artist born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art with a BFA in Painting (2019). Fleuridor completed the Vermont Studio Center Artist Residency (VT) and the Oxbow Artist Residency (MI). Fleuridor explores his own personal history within his Haitian background and familial religious experiences. These topics are explored through mediums such as painting, performance, quilting and collage.
